Research object - the dosed burn by the opened flame and antiburn medical efficiency of the polarized light; identification of burn wound morphogenesis characteristic, violations of the CNS functional state, neurohumoral regulation and immune systems at the dosed burns by the opened flame and ground of efficiency of their correction by the polarized light was a research purpose; methods - pathophysiological experiment, morphometric, morphological, physiology, immune-enzyme, radio-immune, immunological, statistical; newness and results - new pathogenetic links of standard burn trauma by opened flame were discovered, new pathogenetic mechanisms of polarized light influence on burn trauma were investigated, valid experimental model of burn trauma by opened flame was developed, depth of skin alteration limitation, mechanisms of inflammation limitation, proliferation, forming of granulations and neoangiogenesis activating were discovered, the polarized light has adaptation-stimulant influence on motivational descriptions of rats, also there were system anaesthetic, antistressing and general stimulant effects, the polarized light has high ability to activate the antinociceptive system of brain with correction of process of inflammation, the polarized light has a normalizing influence on the posttraumatic changes of the hypothalamus-hypophysis-thyroid and hypothalamus-hypophysis-adrenal systems. the polarized light activate the sanogenetic mechanisms of regulation of interactions of central and peripheral links of the neuroendocrine system; thesis materials are realized in the pedagogical process in departments of pathological physiology, trauma, orthopedics and surgery of the extreme situations, combustiology and the plastic surgery of Donetsk post-graduate faculty, pathological physiology of Lugansk and Crimean, physiology of Bukovina medical universities, the light-therapy correction method is realized in practice of burn clinic "V. K. Gusak Institute of urgent and recovery surgery NAMSc of Ukraine" and surgical clinics of Science Institute of trauma and orthopedics of the M. Gorky Donetsk national medical university; scope of use - scientific and educational processes at departments of pathophysiology at the Highest Schools of Medicine, diagnostic and medical process of surgical departments.
