Tonkykh N. The differential approache to diagnosis, treatment and prevention of cardiovasculare syncope in children

The thesis deals with the solution of a scientifically practical problem of improvement the childrens with cardiovascular syncope quality of life by developing the methodology of its estimation, analysing the reasons of deterioration, using differentially medical-rehabilitative programs with pharmacological and non-pharmacological effects on anxioxydative, vegetative and psychoemotional status. Health effects due to increased diagnosis vasovagal syncope by 41,3 % due to the inclusion in the plan of inspection 24-hour monitoring of ECG and blood pressure, tilt-test and cycle ergometry with active post-loading orthostatic. The first to demonstrate the presence of pathological changes of antioxidant status in children with cardiovascular syncope, changes in vegetative and emotional status at 82,6 % of patients. A special questionnaire “The children’s with cardiovascular syncope quality of life”, a complex estimation quality of life are suggested for the first time. Decrease in quality of life was found in 48,3 % patients. The therapeutic efficiency, based on the lack of relapse of syncope and quality of life parameters dynamics was in 86,8 % patients.
