3. The object of the study is coordinate support of cadastral tasks The goal of the study is to improve quality off land cadastre spatial units registration on the basis of improved coordinate support using up-to-date technology. Method of studies are modern concepts of reference coordinate systems and cartographical projections. Completed studies are based on modern methods of coordinate identification using satellite technology, computer aided modeling, and mathematical processing of data. There were completed theoretical studies of modern concepts of coordinate systems and cartographical projections used to represent production-scale cadastral works and to display items in a cadastral registration system. There is proposed a fundamentally new generalized structural model for coordinate support of cadastral tasks, based on algorithmic relationships between coordinates of the national-wide coordinate system USK-2000 and international coordinate systems ITRF2000/ITRF2005/ITRF2008 and ETRS89 as implemented in ETRF2000. The author has developed a technology to transform accumulated cadastral materials (exchange files with coordinates of spatial objects in various coordinate systems into the state unified coordinate system USK2000. These results were practiced and approbated within Rural Land Titling and Cadastre Development Project and implemented when Ukrainian State Land Cadastre was switched over to the state unified reference coordinate system USK2000. Areas of use of the results are geodesy, cartography, and State Land Cadastre.
