Dissertation addresses topical issues of modern obstetrics - reducing the frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications in pregnant women with diabetic angiopathy by universal improvement of complex treatment and preventive measures based on the study of features of endothelial function. conducted studies in pregnant women with universal. Proved a significant role in the occurrence of obstetric and perinatal complications in diabetic angiopathy universal imbalance in endothelial system and cytokine profile. established mechanisms of endothelial damage in the placenta universal diabenychniy angiopathy: perinatal damage formed against imunohistolohic identified vascular disorders, unbalanced angiogenesis, disorders of proliferation and anhiomatozys. the improvement of medical and preventive measures for pregnant women with universal angiopathy and endothelial dysfunction, aimed at reducing its manifestations on the fetus.
