Essay

The scientific work is dedicated to the issue of rehabilitation of reproductive function in women after uterine arteries embolization used as one of the organ saving methods of uterine myoma treatment. The research included specific features of hormonal homeostasis, ultrasonogrophic presentation of the uterus and ovaries and Doppler evaluation of uterine and ovarian vascularization in late postoperation period. It was found that the reduction of reproductive potential can be observed during the first year after operation while later on its restoration takes place and fertility is preserved. Algorithm and mathematical model of fertility impairment prediction in women after uterine arteries embolization that increases the effectiveness of uterine myoma treatment was elaborated.
