The thesis deals with the study of theoretical and practical issues related to the moral evaluation of law enforcement activity. Improved conceptual categories of the theory of moral evaluation of law application practice. The structure of law applicational moral evaluation and its intteraction mechanism between elements are considered. The key factors that affect the quality of the moral evaluation of law application activity are emphasized. These include the correct determining of moral evaluative criteria, selection standard of moral evaluation, identify socially significant needs and interests that must be con¬sidered in particular situation. Declared that the most important step in the appli¬cation of moral evaluation is a choice (design) of evaluational pattern. The pattern should be formed based on moral and meaningful qualities of the evaluational object, the nature of moral and evaluative concepts used for formulating the nor¬mative basis of moral evaluation, content, objectives and concrete legal norms that serve the basis for this assessment.
