Sharanych S. Parliamentary majority (coalition) and the parlia¬mentary opposition: theoretical and legal research.

The thesis examines the legal regulation of the status of the parliamentary majority (coalition) and the opposition. Studied the theoretical aspects of the concepts of coalition and opposition in parliament, to theoretical and legal analysis of these concepts, the analysis of the functioning of the parliamen¬ta¬ry majority (coalition) and the opposition in some foreign countries, the pecu¬lia¬ri¬ties of their functioning directly dependent on the form of government in the state. The author established legal factors that influence the formation and acti¬vities of the parliamentary majority (coalition) and the opposition in foreign countries, summarizing the characteristics of legislative regulation of the parliamentary majority (coalition) and the opposition in foreign countries, the re¬commendations for legislative regulation of the legal status of the parliamentary majority and opposition in Ukraine. In this paper, the legal nature of the parliamentary majority (coalition) and of the parliamentary opposition. Analysis of current legislation of Ukraine in terms of defining it legal status of the parliamentary majority and the opposition, and prompted the direc¬tion of further improvement and development of regulatory consolidation status of the parliamentary majority and the opposition in Ukraine.
