The dissertation is the result of theoretical and empirical research of psychological peculiarities of interpersonal relations between junior-pupils of different age at the conditions of school class. It was analyzed the psychological and pedagogical studies of problem of mutual relations between junior-pupils of different age and it was set that these relations have the specific and substantially psychological peculiarities in spite of the age of its participants. It was determined the concept of interpersonal relations between subjects with different age and revealed the structure of these relation.
