Essay

The given thesis is the first attempt to study in a complex way processes of reforming the administrative and territorial arrangement of the EU member states. The author studies the evolution of political and legal approaches towards the study of an administrative and territorial arrangement as itself. She also analyses the modern multiple paradigm of understanding an administrative and territorial arrangement and outlines the problem of administrative and territorial arrangement in scientific theories and its interpretation in political practices.
