Pchelnikov V. Methods of forming functional planning organization for social housing in Crimea (for example, Simferopol)

The paper discusses the design and construction of social housing - the establishment of public housing in the cities of the Crimean region (for example, Simferopol), taking into account the demographic, socio-economic and climatic characteristics of the Crimea, as well as foreign experience. The analysis of existing methods and approaches to the study and design of mass housing construction, and recommendations on their improvement and application in the field of social housing in Crimea. Through the development of experimental results and compare them with existing (Basic) solutions are found and given specific scientific and practical proposals to improve the economic and consumer of mass housing construction.
