The results of study of vegetative mechanisms of development of arterial hypotension are in-process expounded during spinoepidural anaesthesia. The type of the vegetative adjusting is first certain from data of indexes of heart rate variability at which probability of development clinically of meaningful arterial hypotension is after subarachnoidite introduction of anaesthetic. For the patients of risk group 1 days prior to an operation the increase of initial simpatic tone, excessive increase of frequency of heart-throbs after implementation of orthostatic test and increase of tension of humoral channel of adjusting, is determined. In operation before the beginning anaesthesia in the group of risk there is a fall-off of high-frequency constituents of spectrum of cardiac rhythm and diminishing of frequency of peak of power of spectrum of cardiac rhythm in a Very Low Frequency range.
