3. The thesis examines the governance of labor migration in the context of Ukraine's European integration as a separate branch of government, which has its own characteristics due to the increasing flow of migrant workers and their extremely powerful influence on the socio-economic development of countries of origin and destination. Investigated genesis Managing labor migration in Europe and the European Union: from complete state control over labor migration to empowerment Union and the harmonization of national regulations, developing common rules and standards, developing a set of common measures and actions, the impact of the EU on the Development of Labour Migration in other countries. Generalized Ukraine international experience in the creation and operation of control systems in this area and noted the role of international organizations in improving the management of labor migration.
