Kurytsya A. Responsibility as a factor of development of leader's qualities of student

The dissertation focuses the leader's qualities of students, first of all responsibility as a basis of these qualities and factor of its development. The psychological essence of leader's qualities of personality, its structure are considered. It is showed, that period of students is sensitive for the development of leader's qualities and has the considerable resources for it. The theoretical-experimental model of is responsibility as a basis of leader's qualities of personality is elaborated, that is their value-significative component and integrates these qualities to one system creation. The types of personality are marked out, in dependence of levels of responsibility and leader's qualities, their psychological characteristics and perspectives of development are described. The psychological-pedagogical conditions for effective development of leader's qualities of students are determined. The programme of development of leader's qualities of students on the basis of responsibility is proposed and approved, which includes the training "The responsible leader".
