The thesis is devoted to optimize the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma (BA) in combination with coronary heart disease (CHD), which is based on a study of the clinical and pathogenetic features of this comorbidity. The data of complex examination of 118 persons, among them 79 patients with BA and CHD showed clinical features of asthma in those patients, combined with patients only with BA, more severe manifestations of respiratory symptoms with a masking symptoms of heart failure under attacks of breathlessness, more expressive asthenoneurotic and occurrence of cardiac syndrome in a heartbeat, "disruption" of the heart, diffuse myocardial changes in the ECG, the development of diastolic dysfunction of left ventricles. In patients with comorbidity of asthma and coronary heart disease in exacerbation of asthma have a more expressive secondary immune deficiency syndrome, systemic inflammation, increased platelet aggregation. Basic treatment of asthma with a simultaneous appointment of statins and antiplatelet agents in most cases, does not eliminate the changes. The inclusion of Reosorbilakt and L-arginine into medical complex of treatment improved the results of the therapy, and provide a positive influence on the main pathogenetic links of asthma, combined with coronary heart disease. Along with the basic treatment of asthma medical rehabilitation with Likopid helped reduce the frequency of exacerbations of asthma, elimination of secondary immunodeficiency.
