Object - the educational and cognitive activity of pupils of the primary school; the aim is identify the impact of developed and theoretically grounded didactic technology at developing skills of the primary school children to ask some questions in the cognitive process of mastering their descriptive knowledge; methods consist of the theoretical, empirical, mathematical development of the data; novelty - scientifically substantiated and experimentally verified didactic technology that ensures the successful formation questioning skills which were based on their development of various types of descriptive knowledge, the classification of questions to the different types of descriptions to specify the necessary questioning skills in the mastery of descriptive knowledge and didactic educational characteristics dialogue and its core concept - "question student activities ',' questioning skills." Further development of the didactic concept was gained on the basic knowledge as a base for the primary school, which characterize the phenomenon, person, object or fact reveal their characteristics and create children with the idea of them, the position of dialog interaction study, which is based on the ability of children to put formed their own cognitive questions; results - theoretical framework and process characteristics of didactic technology can be applied in teaching the elementary and primary schools in training future teachers in the education system of postgraduate education in the creation of educational and teaching aids for students and teachers, writing term papers, degree and master's works; field - pedagogy.
