Badakhov N. Mechanism of state governance of judicial system's efficiency maintenance in a transitive society

Object of research - government processes more efficient judicial system functioning. The aim - to improve public mechanism to ensure the judicial system efficiency in a transitional society based on socio-cultural context. Research methods - the system analysis method, statistical and comparative analysis, the organizational analysis method and design, system approach, institutionalism, structural functionalism, the organization theory. The results practical lies significance in the recommendations for the judicial system improvement of Ukraine to improve its functioning, to increase accountability for the judicial decisions results and to form an adequate level of society legal culture. Scientific novelty of the results is to justify conceptual positions, design methodology and scientific recommendations for improving the machinery of government to ensure the judicial system effectiveness of in a transitional society based on socio-cultural context. First a conceptual approach to improving the government machinery to ensure the judicial system effectiveness of the in a transitional society, methodical approach to the implementation of legal systems comparative analysis of countries in the socio-cultural context. Improved theoretical positions that characterize the role of formal and informal institutions in the process of social transformation and justify the appropriateness of reinforcement objective dysfunction formal informal institutions as dominant cultural patterns, state mechanism to ensure the judicial system efficiency in a transitional society, judicial system methodical approach to the organization of Ukraine to improve its functioning. We got further develop methods to improve judicial accountability for the decisions results, methodical approach to an adequate level of legal culture of society formation.
