Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the learning of peculiarities of functional state disturbances of prooxidant and antioxidant systems in lungs and blood and phagosytic activity of leucocytes in peripheral blood during experimental pneumonia in condition of immobilisative stress before and after usage of thiotriasolini. First time is established that on all stages (3rd hour, 1st, 6th and 16th days) of pneumonia development which is combined with immobilisative stress essential strengthening of lipoperoxidation processes and phagocytic activity of leucocytes on background of essential depression of antioxidant enzymes activity in blood and lungs, especially in late period (6th and 16th days) of experimental are observed. First time is obtained the corrective influence of thiotriazolini on disturbed indicators of prooxidant and antioxidant systems and phagocytosis during pneumonia in condition of immobilisative stress.
