Essay

The Object: processes of management by communications of enterprise. Purpose: development of theoretical and methodical bases of forming of communication policy of enterprise at the market of pharmaceutical products and practical recommendations in relation to the increase of efficiency of its realization. Methods: systems approach and analytical, dialectical, synthesis, complex analysis, system-structural, economy -statistical, grouping, abstractly-logical, systems analysis and comparison, generalized analysis. It is offered: conceptual approach to forming of communication policy; methodical approach to establishment of level of satisfaction of users of pharmacies; methodical approach to the choice of communications strategies; concept-category vehicle; model of forming of computer-integrated marketing communications; classification of users of pharmaceutical products; scientific principles of organization of the informative providing of communication process; balanced system of indexes of estimation of efficiency of communication strategy of enterprise. Sphere of the use: pharmaceutical enterprises.
