Essay

This paper clarifies the content and scope of the concept of career self-determination; grounded model of career self-determination in older adolescence. Established the essential relationship of career self-determination with components of self-concept of personality in adolescence, revealed significant differences in substantive and procedural characteristics of career self-determination, depending on sex and gender identity. Based on the results of the study developed and tested the program of psycho correction, aimed with optimizing of career self-determination, professional and career aspirations of young people.
