Essay

This thesis are devoted to the development of effective methods of organic and bioorganic synthesis of new glycosylated naphtho- and anthraquinones, establishing the structure, physical and chemical characteristics; research in biological activity of newly synthesized compounds. Based on the reactions of nucleophilic substitution of chlorine atom of 2,3-dichloro-5-R-1,4-naphthoquinone amino acid derivatives by glucosamine fragment and their interaction with glucosamine the number of glucosyl derivatives of naphthoquinones were received. Using bacteria Sacharothrix espanaensis a number of ramnozylcontaining anthraquinones were obtained through bioorganic synthesis.; industry - pharmacy.
