The thesis contains a comprehensive research of legal regulation and the protection of human and citizen's rights by the sole body of constitutional jurisdiction in Ukraine. Much attention is paid to the study of such provisions of Article 22 of the Constitution of Ukraine as "human and citizen's rights" and "the constitutional human and citizen's rights", analysis of the problem of introduction of the constitutional complaint in the perspective of extension of the constitutional review over the protection of human and citizen's rights and freedoms.
