Essay

The aim of the study is to develop the scientific sound proposals and recommendations of the architectural or-ganization of apartment complexes. The object of study - high-rise apartment complexes. The subject of the study - architectural and planning organization of apartment complexes. Research methodology is based on a study theoretical development, analysis regulatory, scientific and literary sources, the analysis of foreign experience in the design and construction, the use of comparative analysis in the study of historical and contemporary examples of high-rise buildings, structural and logical modeling of the influ-ence of urban settings, forms the building on its economic viability, comparative evaluation of buildings on the grounds of their heights, the survey method and the method's experimental design for the proposed method for test-ing. The scientific novelty of the results is: for the first time comprehensively consideration aspects of the design of high-rise residential complexes that are associated with the specific choice of the components in it, architectural fea-tures and cost-effectiveness of building; proposed rationale for the selection floor home with city planning justifica-tion height of the building, taking into account the expansion of the boundaries of visual perception; have perfected the model of influence-rise apartment building on its urban development, size parameters and its economic feasibil-ity of the schemes of formation of high-rise residential complexes, which helps on the basis of light sensitivity char-acteristics of the construction site, to determine their operational and planning structure, developed the theoretical bases of the methods of designing high-rise residential complexes on the basis of a comparative assessment of op-tions form a buildings adjustment of their design and engineering solutions.
