Severyn I. Stroke outcomes depending on the medical aid given at the acute period on pre-hospital and hospital stages

The analysis of stroke outcomes dependence from the measurements of pre-hospital and hospital stages, type of stroke, descriptions of patient is conducted. The frequency, role and influence of risk factors in a certain patient is defined. The features of fatal outcome at the different types of strokes depending on time of hospitalization are analyzed. The reasons of death and concomitant complications, aggravating the flow of disease are educed. The criteria of favorable and fatal stroke outcomes are determined. Dependence of stroke outcomes on the measures of secondary prophylaxis on the basis of patients' catamnesis data for three-year period of supervision is well-proven. A mathematical model for determination of stroke outcomes through the method of decision trees and prognostic index is created. Based on these results recommendations as to the ways of optimization of medical and preventive measures at an acute period of cerebral stroke for the purpose of improvement of stroke outcomes are offered. The necessity of improvement of measures is reasonable on the primary and secondary prophylaxis of cerebral stroke and helping in acute period on pre-hospital and hospital stages
