Essay

The main objective of the thesis is to is to develop models and methods for organizational and technological optimization and planning of competitive forms of construction companies that would ensure their adaptation to modern conditions of their functioning. For the purpose of: conducted the analysis of existing organizational and technological, resource, calendar, and other scientific and theoretical tools to improve planning and performance of construction companies, taking into account scientific and practical preconditions study to identify ways to update existing mechanisms of the construction of production; defined objective problems the object, the subject of research and scientific study hypothesis as the basis for the study of the mechanism parts organizational and technological optimization and planning of competitive forms of construction enterprises, the system of organizational and technological models optimize the performance of construction enterprises according to the requirements of today's competitive market environment , made the introduction of the obtained theoretical scientific research results into practice the construction and planning of the construction companies "Ukrestavratsiya" (Kyiv) and of "Ukrbudinvest" (Kyiv) due to complex testing programs and its components as separate software , aimed at supporting the process of improving the results of operation of construction companies received shortening works projects by 3-4% and decrease the cost of 2.89%.
