Essay

TThe object of research is process of enterprise efficiency ensuring by improving personnel management. The purpose of research is justification of theoretical and methodical positions and development of practical recommendations on increase of the coke industry enterprises activity efficiency by improving of management system. Methods of research are statistical analysis; system approach; cluster analysis; method of principal components and classification analysis; analysis, canonical correlation; process approach; dialectical method. Methodical approach to performance management enterprise the difference of which is the determination of the influence of corporate values, improving business processes and implementation of the trust management by the system of personnel management; methodological support to determine the impact of the management system on the efficiency of the enterprise activity that bases on three subsystems: service; functional and systemic basis are got further development. Methodical approach to determining of the coke enterprises activity efficiency which implies a decisive influence owners and suppliers of the results; classification of coke enterprises personnel management levels which implements on the basis of the personnel management structure latent factors; methodical approach to the positioning of the enterprises which is built on the basis of the matrix formation in the plane of "effectiveness of the enterprise - personnel management". Research results are used in the activities of the JSC "Kharkiv Coke Plant" (certificate № 22/01 of 07.09.2012) and Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine (certificate № 13/102-2 from 17.04.2012).
