Kasyanova L. Motivational component of the state support of innovative development

The object of research is processes of the state support of innovative development The purpose of research is theoretical approaches to the synthesis of state support and development of scientific guidelines for motivating the subjects of innovation processes. The methods of research are logical analysis, statistical analysis, classification and analytical method, graphical method, analytic hierarchy process, simulation modelings. Classification of indirect methods for the state regulation of innovation development through the introduction of such classifications as a stage of life cycle of innovation processes and actors of innovation processes; methodological support assessment of the scope and effectiveness of the state support instruments use for innovation; methodical approach to the formation of the instruments of state support for innovation than takes into account type of innovation, stage of the life cycle of innovation, the subject of innovation are improved. Theoretical concepts to identify priority subjects of the motives of innovation that takes into account the life cycle of innovation and the degree of participation of each of the subjects in the stages, the composition and content of the system of criteria appropriateness of the instruments of state support for innovation; methodical approach to determining the feasibility of using the instruments of state support different stages of the life cycle of innovation are got futher development. Research results are used in the Kharkiv Regional Fund for Entrepreneurship Support (certificate № 01-13/5 from 28.08.2012) and Kharkiv National University of Economics (certificate № 12/85-07-37 from 11.04.2012).
