Orjeva K. Strategically-oriented enterprise management in the conditions of dynamic business-environment

The object of research is the process of enterprise management for achieve the strategic objectives in a dynamic business environment. The purpose of research is scientific substantiation of theoretical positions on strategically oriented system enterprise management in a dynamic business environment and further development of methodological support for implementation on enterprises of tubular steel sub-sector of Ukraine. The methods of research are systematic approach, historical method, analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, deduction, induction, modeling, expert judgment. Theoretical generalization of the principles for strategically oriented enterprise management that takes into account the conditions of the dynamic business environment and provides an adaptive target orientation and control flexibility; methodical approach to implementation of the basic principles of the strategically oriented management company that bases on the virtual institute "strategic zone of responsibility" and allows its use as a multipurpose vehicle; model of strategically oriented enterprise management that formes through the use of strategic areas of responsibility; methodical approach to the allocation of the strategic areas of responsibility that justifies the relationship between the key success factors, key competencies and performance of business processes are got futher development. Evaluation of success of the strategic management process that bases on business metric; classification tools strategically oriented enterprise management that bases on sign of dominance "softness" and "hardness" of management are improved. Research results are used in the activities of "Ukrtruboprom" (certificate T/110 from 10.12.2012), of "Interpipe NTRP" (certificate from 24.12.2012), "Centravis Production Ukraine" ( certificate from 28.12.2012 № 07-4972); National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine ( certificate from 04.07.2011).
