Essay

Object: the process of Knowledge management of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine. Goal: development of theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for Knowledge management of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine. Methods: dialectical, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, causation, scientific abstraction, ordering, expert evaluation, heuristic, economic and mathematical modeling, economic and statistical analysis. Were offered: were improved: the organizational and methodical provision of knowledge management of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine, that is based on the algorithm of the development management of the system of knowledge management and on the recommendations for this algorithm realization; the methodical approach to the identification of the development stage of the knowledge management system of the Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine including assessment goal, targets, algorithm and practical recommendations for its accomplishment; the methodical approaches for the investigation of knowledge management of organizations grounded on the developed system of indices for the diagnostics of the knowledge management state, for the assessment of organizational and economic support, and for the analysis of dataware, software and hardware of knowledge management of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine. Were further developed: the holistic approach to the knowledge management of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine based on the holistic model of organizational knowledge management system; framework of knowledge management theory categories by improving such notions as "organizational knowledge", "organizational knowledge management", "organizational knowledge management mechanism", "organizational knowledge management system"; the essential characteristics of the target component of the organizational knowledge management system; the model of organizational knowledge management process, that in contrast to existing models shows the bidirectional connection between stages of this process and is grounded on the holistic approach.
