Mandzyi I. Diagnosis and treatment of infertility of women with chronic pelvic pain.

The research is dedicated to improvement of efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of infertility of women with chronic pelvic pain by improving diagnostic and therapeutic algorithm, medicamental and endovideo surgical methods of treatments. Retrospective analysis showed that the chronic pelvic pain complained 71.3% of women with infertility. All women with infertility and chronic pelvic pain assess their condition as overall satisfactory, and pain intensity from mild to moderate (pain index to 6 points on a scale VAS). Chronic pelvic pain period ranged from 2 to 10 years. The majority of the surveyed patients (75%) chronic pelvic pain arose after acute inflammation of internal genital organs. There were detected the changes of microbeal cervix of women with infertility, especially in the presence of chronic pelvic pain, and that confirms greater possibility of inflammatory factor in the genesis of chronic pelvic pain. Women with infertility and chronic pelvic pain have an extreme variant norm 19 neurotic triad) and increased emotional stress. The use of laparoscopy allows to define with great precision the etiopathogenetical factors of infertility and chronic pelvic pain and treat them promptly.
