Essay

It was gigen the analysis of geopolitical conditions in shaping public and political center in the Ukrainian Galician emigration in the conditions of the Versailles-Washington system of international treaties. Singled out ideological and political principles and human base of WUNR government (1920 - 1923). Considered the activities of diplomatic missions of the Government to protect the rights WUNR Ukrainian population of Eastern Galicia at the national and political self-determination. It was made an overview of national-statist conception and constitutional and legal basis for regulating social and economic processes in rejuvenated WUNR (Galician country).
