Essay

The dissertation presents the results of a comprehensive physiological and hygienic evaluation of physical education and recreation in preparatory and special groups of secondary school students. A retrospective analysis of pathological affection of children of this age was conducted and a mathematical model to predict the dynamics of certain classes of diseases was developed. A close interdependency between health, functionality and development of physical qualities of secondary school age children was established, which made it possible: to evaluate the factor structure of the physical component of health of students with chronic physical illnesses; to define functional markers to determine the relative risk of developing chronic diseases and poor level of physical fitness; to create mathematical models to predict the presence of chronic disease/multiple pathology; to assess the development of physical qualities of preparatory medical group. The experimental studies tested health-care system for correcting functional status of children with chronic physical illness.
