Object:under the influence of high-voltage electromagnetic fields arterial hypertension In the course of the work there were conducted researches of activity level of sympathoadrenal system, functional state of endothelium, average daily blood pressure, vessel viscoelasticity with hypertensive patients under the condition of long-term exposure of electromagnetic field. The following was determined: worsening of vessel viscoelasticity, development of endothelial dysfunction, increase in activity of sympathoadrenal system, and raise in risk of hypertensive crisis with hypertensive patients associated with the exposure of high-voltage electromagnetic fields. It was studied the efficacy of differentiated antihypertensive therapy by means of first-line drugs with the sick having been under the influence of electromagnetic fields for a long time. It was determined higher efficacy of bisoprolol in comparison to enalapril for normalization of arterial stiffness and compliance, sensibility of brachial artery to the tension on endothelial displacement, for the decrease in activity of sympathoadrenal system. It was noted the optimization of antihypertensive therapy by adding coformulated cardiologic drug cardiofit to bisoprolol. The results were inserted in the hospital practice, scientific and teaching-methodological process. The branch of sciences is medicine.
