Spiridonova K. Estimation of efficiency of the outsourcing usage in building enterprises

Thesis is devoted to the deepening of theoretical issues and development of methodical instruments of efficiency estimation of outsourcing usage in building enterprises. Main theoretical and methodical approaches to essence and outsourcing usage are analyzed; outsourcing classification for building enterprises is formed by widening existing classification features and addition of traditional outsourcing classification. Index of economic expediency of outsourcing usage has been suggested. Instrument for expediency of business-processes choice for outsourcing is developed based on the complex index calculation. Complex criterion of outsourcing efficiency usage is formed. Methodical approach to estimation of outsourcing efficiency of building enterprises that includes blocs of validity, expediency estimation and efficiency estimation has been suggested. This methodical approach enables to consider structure of incomes and costs of building enterprise, to compare income and costs while using outsourcing and making business-processes by own forces. The sequence of outsourcer choice that includes stage of prior selection, stage of potential outsourcer's estimation and stage of taking the decision of outsourcing choice has been worked out. Risk of works transmission to outsourcing for different types of business-processes - production, administrative and providing business-processes has been estimated. Effect of outsourcing usage has experimentally been checked in building enterprises' activity.
