It is shown that management in modern higher school is complex. It requires ordering of informational provision of management. The classical objective function is modified according to the specific features of higher school activity. Usage of industrial function allowed realizing functions of management, solving aggregates of tasks and managerial tasks that require managerial actions. Informational flows in higher school management are structured by proposing the attributes of incoming and outgoing information, detecting its sources, clarifying the objects of usage and structure of users. It allowed forming the unified informational space in management of higher school. The methods of reengineering of main and auxiliary business processes are improved by using IT-technologies in accumulation, saving and transformation of informational flows concerning the higher school activity. Providing the IASM for higher schools allowed decreasing time for processing and formalization of documental information, laboriousness of tasks for data processing and analysis, operational costs for stages of life cycle of scientific-educational services that depend on the time, salary and contributions for state funds according to stuff reduction and increasing the staff performance, speed of business-processes and operations, reduce the data redundancy.
