Essay

The pre-conditions and expedience of application of strategic controlling in management of innovation activity of an enterprise are analyzed and defined. The area of application of controlling in management of an enterprise is specified. The meaning of the concept "strategic controlling in management of innovation activity of an enterprise" is specified. The expected results of strategic controlling at the stages of an innovation process are interpreted. The expedience and possibility of application of derivative balances in the procedures of strategic controlling are shown. The information base of derivative balances is improved by its expansion in the context of research to derivative balances of strategic controlling in the management of innovation activity of an enterprise. The sequence of choice of management decisions and measures on improvement of the results of innovation activity of an enterprise is upgraded. The methods of analysis of scenarios of events' development are developed as the result of realization of management decisions and measures. The method of evaluation of results of innovation activity of an enterprise is developed after different scenarios of events' development as the result of realization of management decisions and measures on the improvement of results of innovation activity of an enterprise. The developed recommendations on usage of derivative balances of strategic controlling and suggestions on application of the developed sequence of choice of management decisions and measures on improvement of the results of innovation activity of an enterprise are used in activity of enterprises.
