Object: process of impulsive homogenization of milk. Purpose: to reduce energy consumption of process of homogenization of milk at the expense of use of process of impulsive homogenization of milk and the device for its realization. Methods: classical dependences of hydrodynamics, applied programming of Ansys Workbench, physical and chemical, methods of mathematical statistics when using microscope with the webcam and the personal computer. It is offered: use of impulsive homogenization of milk for to reduce energy consumption on homogenization process; rational parameters of work of a impulsive homogenizer.
