Essay

The object of research is the spatial metric information of the State Land Cadastre (SLC). The aim of the work is the solution of scientific and applied problems of establishment the requirements for the formation of the spatial metric information for the SLC. We used the methods of comparative and factor analysis, deductive method, the methods of structural logic and functional modeling, mathematical modeling methods and approximations. Novelty - has been refined systematization of land registration systems in Europe as belonging to legal families; systematized factors affecting the accuracy of the spatial metric information in SLC; reasonably mean square error, acceptable error of position coordinates of the boundary marks and the acceptable error of boundary marks for related measurements, for the first time approximated the maximum permissible error of areas, depending on the rate of elongation of land; substantiated procedure for correcting the distorted spatial data in the SLC. The results of development are recommended for use in the practice of surveying, land management and the conduct of the SLC, as evidenced by the introduction of regulations in practice. All scientific statements for the defense, were tested.
