The thesis contains a comprehensive and systematic analysis of theoretical and practical problems of definition and realization principles of subjective civil rights. Special attention is paid to the principles of fairness, honesty, intelligence, autonomy, the freedom of contract. The jurisprudence that use those principles of subjective civil rights is also highlighted. The correlation of such concepts as legal principles (principles of law), subjective law, civil law, principles of implementation subjective civil rights, a system of principles of implementation subjective civil rights, autonomy of will. The problem features that are inherent principles of subjective civil rights are updated.Foreign experience of the normative fixing and practical introduction of the indicated principles is probed in detail. Such definitions, of civil legal concepts as subjective law, principles of subjective civil rights, a system of principles of subjective civil rights, autonomy of will, are also improved
