The thesis is devoted to questions of expert evaluation of the offered individualizing panel of 13 STR loci: D8S1179, HUMLIPOL, D3S1358, HUMTH01, HUMvWFII, HUMCYAR04, HUMCSF1PO, HUMTPOX, D19S253, PAH-STR, HUMF13B, HUMFES/FPS, HUMF13A, which is used in practice of the Odessa regional forensic medicine bureau, and individualizing panel of 15 STR loci: D8S1179, D21S11, D7S820, CSF1PO, D3S1358, ТНО1, D13S317, D16S539, D2S1338, D19S433, vWA, TPOX, D18S51, D5S818, FGA, which form the multiplex individualizing panel. High informative significance of investigated 13 and 15 STR-loci, which form the individualizing panels, may be used during conducting of forensic-medicine molecular-genetic examinations and researches in expert establishments of Ukraine. It was proved that allele frequency data for concrete population or for Ukrainian population mast be used for the calculations of probability of random match. It was set that informative significance of investigated individualizing panel of 15 STR loci in 10-100 times is higher than informative significance of individualizing panel of 13 STR loci. The data obtained may be used as reference database of microsatellite DNA loci allele frequencies for forensic-medicine laboratories of Ukraine.
