Gnativ I. The principle of "non bis in idem" in criminal law of Ukraine

The thesis contains a comprehensive study of the principle "non bis in idem" in criminal law of Ukraine. Analyzes the characteristics of the principle "non bis in idem" and its contents, determines the place of this principle in the system of criminal law of Ukraine principles. We consider the interaction the principle "non bis in idem" and other principles of criminal law. We study the rules of qualification the crimes proposed science of criminal law, in conformity to the principle "non bis in idem". It turns out the value of the principle of "non bis in idem" for lawmaking and enforcement activities.
