The mathematical model of transient processes in Josephson cryotron on which cryotrons obtained transient response while changing their logic state at different operating temperatures. An efficient ways to control such elements, in particular by using pulses of electric current and by pulse magnetic flux and calculated switching times for each of them. The method of determining the time for switching logic transitions "0"-"1" та "1"-"0". The mathematical model of the transition process in cryotron based SQUID and proposed a combined method of control logic such as cryotrons.
