Shtefan A. Legal proceedings on cases in actions aimed at protection of the honor, the dignity and business reputation against mass media

The dissertation is a self-completed scientific work, which based on the analysis of existing civil and civil procedural law of Ukraine, the doctrine of civil procedure, synthesis and analysis of materials jurisprudence a study of cases of claims to the media about the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation civil proceedings. Carried out a comprehensive analysis of the claim to the media about the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation and the right to present it; determined the subject of the claim and the specifics of the claim, a number of individuals involved in the cases and circumstances relevant to the case, investigated by means of evidence , carried out an analysis of procedural order of consideration and resolution by the court on the merits of claims to the media about the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation and the content of the judgment. The result of the study was the formulation of a number of research findings and suggestions for improvement of the current civil procedure law.
