Property - land coastal areas of reservoirs. Purpose - to solve scientific and applied problems of developing models of geospatial data and geographic information system technology as an effective means of monitoring information decision support Integrated Coastal Zone Management reservoirs. Methods - Theory of systems analysis, object-oriented modeling methods of planning and conducting experiments, methods comparisons and analogies, methods of analysis and synthesis of individual studies, the methods of mathematical statistics, expert opinions, correlation and regression analysis and fuzzy sets. Practical results - proving the practical components of GIS land monitoring of coastal areas and their application for the evaluation of land on the coast of the Kremenchug reservoir, and developing practical methods of forming GIS Resources GIS land monitoring coastal areas of reservoirs. Scientific novelty - made summarizing the content, objectives integrated GIS for land monitoring coastal areas of reservoirs, the choice of indicators for the assessment of coastal areas, proposed a set of membership functions for assessing the impact of natural factors on the coastal reservoir, conceptual and logical information model objects BHD GIS monitoring coastal areas of reservoirs that meet the requirements of international standards ISO 19100 and proposed formal model display in databases regulations of the lands of the coastal areas, developed geographic information technology to determine the outer limits of the CCD, improved geoinformation monitoring technology abrasion coast and shoreline reservoir based on the combined application of engineering research results and techniques of remote sensing and geographic information model assessment of losses and land in coastal areas of reservoirs. The technique of GIS projects in delineating the performance CCD implemented a pilot project for mapping and GIS software and CCD definition of PFA. Industry - Geodesy and Land Management.
