Object - reception process point to target demanded accuracy with the minimum time expenses for defeat of the low-level purposes by rocket armament of short-range surface-to-air missile systems in the conditions of radio-electronic suppression of their radar stations. The purpose - working out of recommendations about creation of passive radio engineering system on the basis of the battery of short-range surface-to-air missile systems in the conditions of radio-electronic suppression at shooting on the low-level purposes. Methods - the theory of radiolocation, calculation of antenna systems, definitions of accuracy of measurement of coordinates, statistical modelling and probability theory. Results - the new method united passive and active channels for detection and measurement of coordinates of the low-level purposes is offered, the model of functioning of mobile is active-passive radio engineering system for an antiaircraft rocket short-range complex is developed, the new technique of definition of values of measuring errors of co-ordinates of the low-level purposes is offered. Implementation - in educational process Kharkov Kozhedub AFU, in research work the Metrological centre of military standards. Application - the systems intended for the solution of straight lines and inverse problems of distant monitoring of air installations.
