Emelyanchik S. Contractual regulation of access services to the Internet.

Thesis is the first comprehensive study of civil regulation of the services available on the Internet. Considered the most important theoretical and practical issues related to contractual regulation of access services to the Internet (Internet provayding contract). Consider the legal nature of the Internet. Analyzed common and specific features of Internet access services, on the basis formulated its definition. We investigate contract service Internet access (Internet provayding contract), formulated its definition and scope of the contract is determined. Consider its legal description and analysis of the conditions that make up its content. Also analyzed the reasons for and conditions of liability for failure to perform the contract. Determine that the contract Internet provayding is independent place among other civil contracts. The author has provided for amendments to existing legislation to improve the legal regulation of relations of access services to the Internet (Internet provayding contract) that are most suitable for implementation in Ukraine.
