Onofriychuck V. The improvement devices for individual separation details top parts of shoes

The thesis is dedicated to the improvement of existing and creation of new devices for the separation components of footwear individually from the pack in the automated manipulation , that can improve the quality of treatment and productivity by preparatory operations of shoe production. Analysed of the interaction between working bodies of gripping devices and parts in packs in order to optimize the process parameters for individually separating soft flat parts. Developed the physical and the mathematical model of the separation of adjacent components in the pack, based on the analysis which, proposed an efficient method for the separation of the outer details of the package. Determined analytically and experimentally proved the regularity of change of the technological effort required in process individually separating , from the physical and mechanical properties of the object manipulation, spatial position packs details and nature of the motion of the working body. Designed the gripping devices and devices for the basing and feed intended for automated manipulation soft flat parts of the shoe upper.
