The study deals with improvement of obstetric and perinatal consequences, increasing therapeutic efficacy of asymptomatic bacteriuria in the pregnant on the basis of examination and estimation of urinary, vaginal and intestinal microflora, the condition of specific and non-specific anti-infectious protection, structural-functional characteristics of the kidneys and renal circulation. A differentiated complex approach to the treatment of this complication of pregnancy has been elaborated, assuming the combination of antibacterial therapy with probiotic administration with uroantiseptic properties for those patients, who have the condition of pro-inflammatory tension. The patients without these signs were administered to monotherapy with probiotic with uroantiseptic properties. The approach to a complex treatment of asymptomatic bacteriuria as compared with a traditional one has allowed 2,5 times decrease of relapses, 2,56 times decrease of fetal retardation, 1,98 times decrease of premature labor, and the necessity to indicate antibacterial therapy with preserved efficacy on 60,22%.
