Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of treatment of pathological changes of cervix uterus at women with a climacteric syndrome on the basis of studying at them clinical-colposcopical, microbiological, cytologic and morphological features, and also improvement of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The role of a climacteric syndrome in a clinical current of pathological changes of cervix uterus is shown. The basic variants of pathological changes of cervix uterus at women with a climacteric syndrome are studied. The estimation of a condition of a system hemostasis and antitrombogenical is presented activity of a vascular wall at women with a pathology of cervix uterus and a climacteric syndrome.
