Naustinay O. Prevention of pathology of the pubertatny period at the girls who were born from mothers with placentary dysfunction.

Scientific work is devoted to decrease in frequency of pathology of the pubertatny period at the girls born from mothers with placentary dysfunction on the basis of studying of clinical, ehografical and endocrinological features, and also development and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The role of placentary dysfunction various genesise in development of pathology of the pubertatny period in the girls born from mothers with this pathology is shown. Dynamics of development of various options of pathology of the pubertatny period depending on the clinical course of pregnancy and perinatal outcomes of delivery is presented. New aspects of patogenesise are presented to pathology of the pubertatny period - violations of menstrual function at the girls born from mothers with placentary dysfunction on the basis of established interrelations between clinical, ehografical and endocrinological changes during the various age periods. The role of disgormonalny violations in genesise developments of pathology of the pubertatny period is shown, since the beginning menarhe and finishing development of violations of menstrual function. The received results have allowed to prove scientifically need of improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions at girls of this group with use of the differentiated campaign depending on genesise studied pathology.
