Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency and increase of efficiency of treatment of the infected traumas of vaginas and cervix of uterus on the basis of studying clinical-microbiological and immunological features, and also working out and introduction of advanced algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. New aspects of patogenesise of obstetrical wounds infections on the basis of the received interrelations between clinical, microbiological and immunological indicators at women in childbirth with traumas of soft fabrics childbirth ways without and with infection are established. The role of infringements of local immunity in genesise complicated obstetrical wounds taking into account microbiological features is shown. Comparative aspects of a clinical current complicated and not complicated obstetrical wounds after independent delivery are shown. It is improved and introduction algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions at patients with high risk of infection obstetrical wounds on the basis of use of a treatment-and-prophylactic complex from an antiseptic preparation and biologically active geteroglicoside a phytogenesis.
